You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one IELET account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

3. Assessment Integrity

3.1 Independent Work

All assessment responses must represent your own independent thinking. You may not receive assistance from other individuals, AI tools, or reference materials during a timed assessment session.

Assessment questions are proprietary and confidential. You may not reproduce, share, or publish assessment questions or answer options in any form.

3.3 Consequences of Violations

Violations of assessment integrity may result in score invalidation, certificate revocation, account suspension, and potential legal action. IELET reserves the right to investigate suspected violations.

3.4 Retake Policy

You may retake the full assessment after a 90-day waiting period. Retake fees apply. Scores from all attempts are recorded; only the most recent score is displayed on your certificate.

4. Certificates & Credentials

4.1 Issuance

IELET certificates are issued upon successful completion of a paid full assessment. Certificates reflect your performance at the time of assessment and are not guarantees of future performance.

4.2 Accuracy

You may not alter, falsify, or misrepresent your IELET certificate or score. Certificates are verifiable via unique ID at ielet.org/verify.

4.3 Revocation

IELET reserves the right to revoke certificates issued based on fraudulent assessments, integrity violations, or technical errors. Revoked certificates will no longer verify successfully.

5. Payments & Refunds

Current pricing for assessments and certificates is displayed on the platform. Prices are subject to change with notice.
